The Sauer brewery in Roßdorf am Forst can already boast more than 200 years of tradition and experience in brewing beer. Beer has been brewed here since 1784 according to the Bavarian Purity Law. The tasty Urbräu is certainly the most popular beer, but also the fine-bitter Pils, the sparkling wheat beer and the summer-fresh brown beer always offer delicious drinking pleasure. In the beer garden and Felsenkeller there are seasonal dishes and snacks as well as typical Franconian cuisine. Further information and opening times can be found at: brauerei-sauer.de

Very good food from the middle class Franconian! There is even a small playroom for the kids and of course a beerhouse for the adults. We will be back!
