The Leineweberfließ Bridge is located on the eastern edge of Burg (Spreewald) and connects two central stages of the Gurkenradweg (Cucumber Cycle Route). Those cycling along it don't just cross a small stream – they cycle right through a surprisingly idyllic landscape window within the village.

To the left and right, the water shimmers between alders and willows, paddleboats glide leisurely through the landscape, and if you pause for a moment, you'll hear the rustling of leaves and the gentle rippling of the stream instead of the noise of the road.

The bridge itself is simple and sturdy, made of wood and steel – easy to cross even with luggage, a child seat, or a trailer. The ramp is gentle, the surface smooth – perfect for those who want to make quick progress but still avoid cycling blindly past the beauty.
