    Also called Goms Bridge. Direct train connection in Fürgangen. There are several places to stop for refreshments on the Mühlebach side. Rotten is the Upper Valais name for the Rhone.

            The bridge is right next to a parking lot. In the wind it rocks back and forth quite a bit. If you do not have a head for heights, it is better not to look down.

                As children, we hated the connection between Fürgangen and Mühlebach when hiking: deep down into the gorge on steep paths and back up on the other side. The suspension bridge is a blessing!
