Höchstadt presents itself as the gateway to the Steigerwald and is located right in the heart of Franconia. In the roundabout, in which the uninitiated must first orient, is already the "landmark" of the city, namely a fish contained. More specifically a carp, lovingly baptized by the locals Fridolin.
