From the roof terrace and the dome of the Reichstag you have a beautiful view of the center of Berlin. Access is free. However, you must first register in writing with your name and date of birth. At the check-in (outside the building in containers) you have to appear 15 minutes before and show your ID. Then it goes through a security gate like at the airport.
