An earlier castle at this place was mentioned in documents in 1298. Around 1700, the castle was replaced by today's house Füchten. The mansion housed at times an agricultural school for poor children and orphans. Later, concerts and other events took place here; The chapel was also used for worship and weddings. From 2018 the houses were extensively renovated.
