    The path from Iseltwald to Giessbach is considered one of the most beautiful riverside paths in Switzerland. Once a year, it lures me here. Could you also do a canoe :-), the main thing the ideas never go out.

            Very worthwhile excursion destination.

            For children it is certainly particularly interesting that one of the hiking trails leads past the foaming Giessbachfall, which rushes downhill in stages for a total of around 500 meters.

            Hikes from Iseltwald or from Brinz and back, or from Interlaken Ost and back are wonderful, especially in spring and autumn. Circumnavigating the lake on hiking trails is very pleasant and involves less altitude compared to circumnavigating Lake Thun.

            Also ideal, you can return to the starting point by ship. The historic Grandhotel Giessbach and restaurant can also be reached by car via Axalp or with the historic funicular from the port.
