The Blechburg is a now ruinous, former observation tower on the Jägerberg in Radebeul. You can no longer climb the tower, but a detour is worthwhile because of the beautiful trail and the ancient atmosphere.

The Blechburg, which was destroyed by arson in the Second World War, is a former observation tower that was once seventeen meters high and has an octagonal floor plan. A large fountain basin and a viewing bastion on the edge of the slope are part of the ensemble and have been preserved to this day. Even if the castle is privately owned today, access to the sheet metal castle is permitted.
