    The Sierningtal-Flatzer Wand Nature Park is located in the Gutenstein Alps in southern Lower Austria and is a local recreation area on the edge of the Vienna Basin.
    The Sierningtal landscape protection area had long been designated in the Sierningtal. The nature park was founded in 1976 and is managed by the Sierningtal Nature Park and Recreational Area Association.
