This is a beautiful stretch of beach with a wide paved path directly behind the dunes. In summer, this path is heavily used by pedestrians and cyclists, so you have to be careful when cycling. 😉

Although you can't see the beach/water directly from this path (due to the dunes), there are "walkthroughs" to the beach every few hundred meters.

Now you can go to Brazil or California without having to get on the plane. Both are districts of the long beach section on Schönberger beach. Especially Brazil and California are very suitable for families because of their DLRG guarded beaches and many water sports.

Fantastic beach on the Baltic Sea. Nearly 20km of white sandy beach with places like California and Brazil. Great !!! The bike path is almost only along the sea 🌊, but it is usually separated by dunes.

The beach is in the low season and in winter really beautiful and certainly a highlight. However, in the summer months, although still bathing weather, completely overcrowded. The many parking areas behind the dike are then fully occupied with cars. In the off-season cycling is fun again.
