Sections of the Outer and Inner Landgraben are still clearly visible today. The ramparts are badly eroded, but the gnarled rustic hornbeams often show the course. The beeches once formed an impenetrable hedge. After the cultivation was given up at the end of the 18th century, more or less unusually shaped trees developed from it.
