The bridge at the water weir over the Danube, which was renovated in 2018/2018, is a beautiful eye-catcher in the Zschopautal and shortly afterwards you can decide to either go back up to Selva in a short time or to walk the longer arc over the Anton-Günter-Höhe.

A table and two benches stand here at the side of the path. Right next to it is the railing, which is supposed to protect against unwanted swimming in the Zschopau. For the best photos you have to go behind the railing, with appropriate caution, of course.

As we ascend and then descend again, we are now accompanied by the railway tracks, which we cross shortly after.

The path now leads us back upstream, to the old stone bridge from 1827/28, over the river.

With the rocks beside us, we now walk between the Zschopau and a small canal.
