    The water falls about 400 meters deep. About halfway up you can walk behind the water on a footbridge. The view of the grand hotel from several vantage points is fascinating.

                - Giessbachfall - Iseltwald was very nice. It offers nice rest/barbecue areas to linger. Also well suited for families and groups.

                                                  Most people talk about the "Giessbach Falls" and they just think there are two or three. In reality, there are 14 (!) cascades of the Giessbach that plunge into the depths or towards Lake Brienz. A worthwhile destination, especially in the summer months when the boats travel on the lake and access from the water is guaranteed!
