We drove with the Zugspitzbahn from Garmisch to Zugspitzplatt. There we are on the glacier in August. Then we went by cable car to the summit, a fabulous experience, as we had a sensational television viewing. On the way back we did a pedal boat ride on the Eibsee. Then it went by bus home.
