Very easy to reach and a great nature experience.
There are many beautiful forest routes to Lichtenberg, Kemlas, Issigau, Bad Steben.
From the Höllental you continue to Blankenstein, the hub for other “large” routes, e.g. B. the Rennsteing, the Saale cycle path, etc.
Thanks to Komoot, easy planning and orientation is possible.

The romantic Höllental with the viewpoints König David and Hirschsprung is one of the "hiking and cycling hot spots" in the Franconian Forest. Further sights: Jungfernsteg and Teufelssteg, Höllenthal hydroelectric power station with its 36-meter high water fountain.

The Höllental - a real quaint gem of nature - can be wonderful in a round trip from Naila (beautiful stop in track 1 at the station) on Lichtenberg, Bad Steben Bobengrün, Marx green and back integrate. On the way also several nice restaurants.
