            Enking's Pumpernickel has been produced here for generations according to an ancient recipe.
            The Pumpernickel cake is also baked according to an old family recipe.

                    On our tour, we absolutely had to visit our favorite pumpernickel manufacturer. The café with pumpernickel cake was unfortunately still closed, but we could have a look at the mill. Nice place!
