The Sachsenwaldbad Tonteich is highly recommended for bathing and swimming. We used to like to take the kids swimming here in the summer and thought it was great when all the dragonflies just buzzed around us.
The beautiful location gives you the opportunity to enjoy nature, relax and keep fit at the same time.
On the grounds of the Tonteich you will find:
Showers, sanitary facilities and changing facilities
Non-swimmer area with water slide
Small children's area with water slide and other play facilities
Large swimming area with one and three meter springboards
Large lawns and sun piers

The quality of the bathing water is unique.
Iron sulphate and sulfuric acid from the deposited mica clay resulted in bath water containing iron and manganese, the effect on the skin of which can be compared to acetic clay. In contrast to the chlorine-containing bathing water of other outdoor pools, this water is pure goodness for the skin.
