Location in Schöneberg (radius 2 km)
In the south of the district Schöneberg, just a few minutes from the long-distance station Südkreuz and the S-Bahn station Priesterweg, lies the Lindenhof.
The historic settlement was built from 1918 and, due to its location and architecture, looks like an island within the city. The condominium is located approximately 8 km south of the center of Berlin and is very well integrated into the urban transport system.
The Lindenhof can easily be reached by public transport either by bus or by S-Bahn: the S-Bahn station Priesterweg (S2, S25) is just a few minutes' walk away; From here you can reach Potsdamer Platz in 10 minutes and Friedrichstrasse Station in 15 minutes. The bus lines M76, 170, 106 and 246 travel in the direction of Steglitz, Lichtenrade, Neukölln and Wedding for five stops. Thus the shopping streets Tempelhofer Damm and Schloßstraße are quick and easy to reach.
Numerous well-developed cycle paths and traffic-calmed roads make cycling in the area attractive.
The connection to the city motorway (A100) via the feeder roads Alboinstraße or Grazer Damm is only a five-minute drive away. From here you can quickly reach other parts of Berlin or Brandenburg.
