      It lies in the Goldenstedter Moor, the nature conservation information center for short NIZ.
      And the Goldenstedter Moor has been under protection since 1984 and has since been rewetted so that it should take on its original shape, which may take a few more centuries - although what can be seen at the moment is already very impressive and warrants more than just one visit.

                      A very beautiful and relaxing area. Tours with the moor train are also offered, during which the history and formation of the moor is explained.
