The hiker is rewarded with a wonderful panoramic view, because Burgfelden is "the most beautiful" place in Albstadt.
The Burgfelder Böllat is integrated into the Felsenmeer eaves.

The Böllat is a mountain near Albstadt-Burgfelden. The summit lies at 920 meters and falls off sharply on three sides. From here you have a great view of the surrounding landscape.

Behind the Wannental valley, the Balingen mountains flourish with Hörnle and Lochenstein, next to it are the Plettenberg and in the background the heights of the Black Forest and even the Alps in a southeastern direction. To the north, the gaze wanders to the Neckar region and finally returns to the albrand of the broad dog's back.

Most recently (August 2017), the striking appearance of Böllat's formative black pines on the Böllat are threatened by the precipitation. The regional council is of the opinion that the black pines deprive the rare and there occurring gray sunflower the sunlight. Ortschaftsrat and the Albverein Burgfelden have spoken out against the precipitation.

If you start at the Wanderparkplatz Bergfelden, you will be rewarded with this highlight after a few minutes. Great benches well positioned, present the landscape and the view impeccably. Would I go there again? Yes!
