The Wilhelm Busch Museum is located in the Georgengarten in Hanover.
160 works by Wilhelm Busch and the caricature collection are exhibited on the top floor of the museum.
A highlight is the classic picture stories "Max and Moritz" and "Die pious Helene".
Lesser known parts of Wilhelm Busch's works can also be seen.
As a second focus of the exhibition, the museum shows the caricature and critical graphics collection.
An internationally important collection of satirical art has built up over the past 40 years.
The exhibition exhibits more than 20,000 works from five centuries. Works by famous artists such as Francisco de Goya, William Hogarth, Honoré Daumier, Jean-Jacques Sempé, Paul Flora, Loriot, Tomi Ungerer or Manfred Deix can be seen.

A very nice museum with changing exhibitions. A nice little museum shop in the checkout area! The café is also highly recommended, especially if you sit with it in the garden behind the museum and have a different view of the building from there!
