Beautiful pilgrimage church from the 18th century, built according to the plans of Balthasar Neumann. The organ from 1756 is still in the church.
At the parish festival on the Assumption of Mary there are over 1,000 visitors.

The pilgrimage church of Maria Limbach (actually: Visitation of the Virgin Mary) is one of the last works of the great baroque master builder Balthasar Neumann. It was built between 1751 and 1755 on the site of an older pilgrimage chapel from the 15th century. The simple, cool exterior of the building is emphasized in the literature as an example of Neumann's age style.
