THE ART museum in Essen!
You have to visit regularly. The collection can be viewed free of charge, the temporary exhibitions cost.
In the last few years there has been no real "burner" about Keith Haring, who at least "makes a difference in size and color".
The collection is always worth visiting.

The new building of the Folkwangmuseum was opened in 2010. The building was designed by star architect David Chipperfield and is adorned with works of art that are considerably more worth seeing than the building from the outside.
