The two-storey early baroque building with a tower was built between 1682 and 1687 according to the design of the architect Abraham Leuthner. The ground floor has vaulted ceilings. In the years 1953 to 1967 the district archive was located here. After extensive renovations in the 1980s, it is the seat of the municipal office. The stone coat of arms of the town above the entrance under the main cornice from 1686 by the bricklayer Andreas Zeidler from Teplá, polychromed by the painter Christian Leibelt from Beč, and the town library on the ground floor of the town hall with a unique exhibition of artistic bookbinding (Museum of Bookbinding) are worth seeing. .
