Nice source, unfortunately there is no seating. Watershed Neuzirkendorf: the Thumbach flows over the creek Creußen, the Naab and the Danube into the Black Sea, the Goldbrunnbach over the Pegnitz, the Main and the Rhine to the North Sea.

The source of the Goldbrunnenbach rises at this point in the Klosterholz or also called Goldbrunnenholz. Presumably, the glistening sand of the spring attracted gold seekers here in earlier centuries. Unfortunately, it is only the mineral pyrite, also called fool's gold because of its metallic shine and golden color. The inscription in the stone reads: My whole life is just giving, giving.
