Very nice coastal hiking trail GR34 to the Cap, through beautiful green ferns and heather areas, above lonely bays with white beaches and always with the lighthouse in view. Around the lighthouse then great views of the rock towers in front of the cliffs, with the bird colonies.

Perched atop the 70-meter-high cliffs of the Emerald Coast, the lighthouse is one of Brittany's most striking landmarks. The current tower was built between 1946 and 1950 and still guides shipping traffic today. Its observation deck offers panoramic views of the sea, the cliffs, and the offshore islands.

Here you can walk all day on the Cape and every few steps enjoy the magnificent view of the sea. If the heather is in bloom, see my photo, then the stay at the Cape is particularly beautiful. In strong winds, it is not very comfortable here :-)

Spend one or two hours here at the Cap is a must in good weather. Three Euro parking fees are well spent, unless you start by bike. You can walk a few meters above def vertically sloping coast and just enjoy the rocks and the distant view.
