To expand the main MTB loop around John McLaren Park, this very fun flow trail from the large picnic table area at Mansell St cuts along the western edge of Gleneagle Golf Course to the trailhead at Sunnydale Ave, wehre you can cross to the small but interesting southern section of the park. Near the middle of this section there's an awesome overlook with benches.
