The Park of Human Rights is particularly enjoyable on hot summer days. A few years ago, the Lutter, Bielefeld's river, most of which still runs underground, was uncovered here. The park also has a children's playground and several sculptures. Among other things, the I monument is also located there. The monument consists of a base made of red Eifel sandstone, which is erected without a statue.
