Easy to walk thanks to various railings and steps. You should have sturdy shoes. From here you can easily reach the cafe “Cafe Vista Paraiso”.
Behind the cafe you go down a similarly natural path. This makes a circular route from Puerto de la Cruz possible.

So sorry guys…….. but this has nothing to do with via ferrata. Yes, the path is steep and there are 200 meters to overcome. Basically you should also be sure-footed………. but nothing more. The path consists of a mix of stone and concrete steps, which are sometimes better, sometimes worse, and partly slightly rubble. Definitely not recommended for people with walking difficulties.

From this via ferrata, I only understood the "difficult" category of the hiking trail. You also have to be very motivated and think positively that you can do this route at your own risk. However, you will be rewarded with a magnificent view!
