This lock is like a crossing on the water. Here the ships can drive left, right or straight - really fascinating. This type of facility is unique in Europe and is a listed building.

The lock consists of a central chamber, the so-called boiler, which has a diameter of 33 meters and four other, slightly smaller lock chambers. One of these four chambers, incoming ships are channeled into the circular central chamber and can leave the lock basin in three directions through one of the other lock chambers again (Wikipedia).
