Braeriach is a monstrously huge, corrie bitten, upthrust of land whose summit is the third highest point in the British Isles. Hikes to Braeriach take you onto a sensational vast sub-Arctic plateau boasting tremendous views but completely exposed to the elements. The mountain is characterised by its super-corrie, an immense complex of tightly grouped corries that tumble down to the Lairig Ghru.
