Beautiful lake with a circular path that is easy to walk and a (not guarded) swimming area. Should have excellent water quality, judging by the sign on the "beach access".

The lake has a maximum depth of 14 m and an area of approximately 35 ha. It should have a maximum depth of visibility of 4 m.

The loop around the lake is very nice. You walk through the forest, over footbridges and bridges and a little through the village. The ice cream parlor and the Schweizerhaus restaurant are definitely worth a visit (if it is allowed again). Good food, great cakes and nice ice cream. There are 2 unguarded swimming areas on the lake. A slightly larger one in the south-west and a small one in the north-east part. The small bathing area has the sun until evening. On the other hand, the sun disappeared behind the trees relatively early. The area has other beautiful lakes. Take a look at that too. Have fun while enjoying.

The circular route is great. In Falkenhagen there is the Swiss house and the ice garden for a little rest. The lake is very clean and there are small bathing spots every now and then.
