Estany de la Pradella, also called the pond or lake of Pradeilles, is a beautiful mountain lake in the Pyrénées-Orientales. A superb setting for cycling in the heart of nature.

Beautiful refuge to rest and gain strength, the starting point of an emblematic route that visits multiple lakes and can culminate with the imposing Carlit.

This superb lake is located directly on the GR 10 and has the advantage of being much less busy than its big brother, Lac des Bouillouses. If you are looking for peace and quiet, I recommend taking your break here instead.

The renovated refuge offers services and facilities that match the natural site in which it is located. Everything is perfect! You will find, summer and winter, 19 places in dormitories. You can also pitch your tent there (by reservation). In addition to this, you will find around the refuge, free bivouac areas. In addition to this, the refuge provides a water point, outdoor dry toilets. Note that there are no showers. A catering service is also possible at lunchtime and in the evening (only one service at a fixed time). In the evening, a single meal taken together.
