Another tip from me is if, like me, you travel by bike from Sylt and continue cycling and one of the bike computers or the phone says you should switch sides not to carry the bike over the bridge as I did. There is a transition if you continue in the direction of the train.

The Klanxbüll train station has a large car park. So if you don't want to drive to Sylt by car, you can park here and then drive over to Zur. There is also a kiosk and a bakery directly at the train station, as well as a supermarket and an EC vending machine directly in the side street. There are also some places to stay directly in town.

Good place to take a break and enjoy the view of the sea. You can also climb the stairs into the mudflats.

The Horsbüller Church is the oldest church in Wiedingharde. Until the embankment of Friedrich-Wilhelm-Lübke-Koogs, it was located directly on the 1802 for the last time set back sea dike. It dates from the early 13th century and has been called St. Mary's Church since 1989. In the church is the original stalls, the women sat on the left side of the north, the men on the right side of the south, under the gallery the fees. The baptismal font is the oldest piece of furniture, it is made of granite and dates back to the early 13th century. The current altarpiece was built around 1780. On the left are Mary and John, on the right the devout captain and two men, Jerusalem in the background. The pulpit is a work of the so-called cartilage baroque and is attributed to the Husum sculptor Berend Cornelissen. It was donated to the church in 1655.
