Beautiful little village directly on the Dieksee lake with a ferry landing for a short boat trip and a nice place to stop for refreshments.

On the mirror-like surface of the lake, the shadows of the trees danced, while on the opposite shore, the first lights of the houses twinkled like tiny stars. A rowboat, moored all day, rocked almost imperceptibly. In that moment, time seemed to stand still, and the Dieksee became the perfect place to let the day end in peaceful serenity.

Lake Behler is a lake in the Holstein Switzerland region. It lies between Timmdorf in the east and the town of Plön in the west; to the east it merges into Lake Langensee, and to the west into Lake Höftsee. All these lakes are traversed from east to west by the Schwentine River.

The main attraction is the landing stage for the 5-Lakes Tour and the Kellersee Tour, which stops in Timmdorf on both the outbound and return journeys between Malente and Plön. It's a great place to relax, hike, or take a boat trip.
