Very beautiful, idyllic place. You can even dip your feet in the water a little. On nice days, however, you won't be alone there 😉

Oh yes, for the record: The pleasure garden has existed since the 16th century and has been redesigned several times since then. Baroque garden (1715), English landscape park (1823), ... . Now it is a beautiful park with great old trees, lots of meadows, views over Wernigerode and the castle, a playground, an orangery and several memorial sites. Simply beautiful.
