The Bavarian Police Museum presents its collections in the Triva Tower, a fortification built at the same time as the Tilly Redoubt and now integrated into the popular Klenze Park. The Ingolstadt City Museum is located in the Kavalier Hepp, a 19th-century fortress. It showcases the historical and cultural development of the Ingolstadt area from prehistoric times to modern times. A separate department is dedicated to the history of crafts and industry. The Toy Museum and the "Museum" component of the Memorial to the Victims of National Socialism and the Dead of the World Wars are integrated into the Contemporary History Department. The Konrad Adenauer Bridge in Ingolstadt is a four-lane road bridge over the Danube in the Mitte district. Like the Donausteg pedestrian bridge downstream, it connects the old town with Klenzepark. The girder bridge was opened in 1952 as the Danube Bridge and renamed the Konrad Adenauer Bridge in 1977. During the renovation carried out between 2001 and 2002, the entire superstructure of the bridge was replaced, among other things. Pedestrian and cycle path between Ingolstadt and the Ingolstadt Dam (north of the Danube). Caution in the deforested areas; the path has been filled with loose gravel, making these sections difficult to cycle through. At the dam, you currently have to use the pedestrian bridge, as the bridge on the Stauseestraße is still closed after the 2024 flood.

Perfect for relaxing after a run or walk at the lake. "Donauwurm" is a water playground with water features, rocks for seating, a jetty that extends far into the lake, and loungers for soaking up the sun.
