National Trésauvaux Necropolis This military cemetery was created in 1915 and contains the remains of 2,960 French soldiers who died during the fierce fighting in the Hauts de Meuse during the First World War. Of these, 852 unknown soldiers are buried in an ossuary. The site also groups together bodies that were later transferred from isolated graves and temporary cemeteries around Les Éparges, Mouilly and Mesnil-sous-les-Côtes.
