Rode it on a longboard from Saint Vaast Dieppevalle to Fecamp. Nice tarmac, quiet, not a lot of people, a lot of rest areas with table, benches, and apple trees. Superb landscapes. I loved it and will come back. What is also interesting for training is that it is never flat, with uphills that can go for 4 or 5 km, but those are around 2%, so doable. Good for inline rollers, quads, longboards.

It's nice to cycle through the village and look at the different houses.

As Austrian cyclists, we were particularly surprised to discover that Empress Elisabeth also enjoyed the fresh air of Normandy here in 1875! We can well understand this when we look at the castle and the beautiful landscape!

The Château d'Auberville is a 16th century fortified residence, surrounded by vast outbuildings and equipped with a round tower, a polygonal tower and a richly sculpted door. You can run along the walls and admire the architecture and history of this place, property of the Toustain family, damaged during the Hundred Years War. The castle is not open to the public, but you can enjoy the view from the outside and imagine life in this ancient residence.

Formerly a fishing town, in the 19th century it became a popular tourist destination for high society who appreciated its small beach between the cliffs. Several seaside villas date from this period, which add to the charm of this hamlet bordered by the beach.
