This ruined medieval castle, built by Richard the Lionheart in the 12th century, overlooks the Seine from the top of a cliff. You can take the GR2, a long-distance hiking trail that runs along the river, from Val Saint-Martin to the castle. The path offers beautiful views of the valley, the river and the town of Les Andelys.
