갑문에서 성과 말 그대로 푸른 도나우 강까지 아름다운 전망이 펼쳐집니다. 양쪽 모두 매우 좋은 자전거 도로가 있지만, 주의하세요. 전체 구간에 걸쳐 햇볕과 바람에 대한 보호 장치가 없습니다.

로사츠의 자전거 도로는 매우 목가적이지만, 여름에는 자전거 통행량이 많습니다. 이곳은 확실히 빠른 속도를 내기 위한 곳이 아니라, 편안하게 타고 경치를 즐기기에 아주 좋습니다!

From this vantage point, there is an impressive view of the Aggstein Castle ruins, perched high on a rock above the Danube. The castle originated at the beginning of the 12th century, was expanded in the 14th century, and fortified in the 15th century. Today, walls, towers, and battlements still remain, illustrating its strategic location and medieval construction. The ruins are a significant historical monument of the Wachau region.

The "Meeting Point" is an energy-independent seating and meeting area with space for up to five people. It features a photovoltaic module for electricity generation, USB charging ports, and modern LED lighting with variable brightness and a light control for morning and evening illumination. Its elegant, flexible design makes it a real eye-catcher, while the lighting is CO₂-neutral and designed for long-term use.

The Counts of Beroldingen owned the castle until 1929, when they sold it to Count Oswald Seilern-Aspang. The family still owns the castle today.

As one of four roll-on ferries in Austria, it cruises between Spitz and Arnsdorf.
