The new Sankt Wendeler Land cycle path from Freisen to Türkismühle. A gap closed in the Fritz Wunderlich cycle path. Also very suitable for inline skaters and wheelchair users.

I can only confirm what you write. With the temperatures at the moment, this route is very easy to drive. Due to the vegetation, you almost always drive in the shade. What I miss is that there are few rest areas along the route. This has already been taken into account on the St.Wendler Land cycle route. I would have been happy about a stopover.

There is a juice bar in this place. Here you can buy chilled drinks at social prices. You open the wooden doors and open the fridge and help yourself. Money comes upstairs in the cash register of trust. Prices are between 1 and 1.50 euros. Great thing since 2006.
