Hällkar는 수백 년 된 Bohus 화강암의 자연적인 움푹 들어간 곳으로, 비가 오면 민물로 채워지고 폭풍 후에는 때때로 바닷물로 덮입니다. 여름에는 가장 따뜻한 웅덩이에서 놀라운 다양성의 조류, 물장구벌레, 미세 생물이 서식합니다. 특히 이른 아침 역광에서는 붉은 화강암과 웅덩이의 잔잔한 물이 서로를 비추어 사진 찍기에 좋습니다. 젖은 바위에서는 조심하세요. 습기가 있으면 화강암이 빠르게 미끄러워집니다.

The landscape on Skaftö's southern peninsula is barren and was therefore named after Iceland. The trail starts out quite wide and then becomes rockier. Sometimes difficult to see, but mostly well-trodden.

The lighthouse shone here until 1938, when it was replaced by an automatic beacon, which you can reach via a staircase. The charming old lighthouse keeper's house is now privately owned. From the cliff, enjoy the stunning view of the islands between Gullholmen and Gåsö.

Just recovering from Storm Floris, which raged through here yesterday, but today the weather is perfect for the first hike of the holiday: the Grundsund coastal path with beautiful views, some wetlands too (with a handy and nature-friendly boardwalk through it), and a charming village as a starting and ending point.
