At the northernmost tip of Sandsjön lies a small beach next to the hiking trail, inviting visitors to linger.

This small path touches the shore of Sandjön twice. Here you have a beautiful view of the lake and the islands in front of it. There is also a bench.

Lake Madern is the perfect place to stop for a break, or even a wild swim. A nearby shelter offers respite during bad weather, or a cosy spot to stop for the night.
