이 요새는 서해안을 보호하기 위해 지어졌으며 오랫동안 악명 높은 감옥으로 사용되었습니다. 가장 유명한 수감자는 대도 라세 마야로, 5년간의 감옥 생활 후에도 15년간 감옥 주방에서 일했으며, 그의 요리 실력 덕분에 왕으로부터 (유일한 수감자로서) 사면받아 왕실 요리사로 임명되었습니다. 그리고 유일한 여성 수감자는 아마도 무죄로 투옥되었다가 결국 처형된 메타 포크였습니다.

남녀노소 누구나 즐길 수 있는 멋진 하이킹.. 바위와 돌 위를 걷는 구간이 있어 약간의 발걸음 안정감이 필요합니다. 개와 함께하는 투어도 문제없습니다. 섬으로 가는 페리는 몇 분마다 운행하며 성인 1인당 왕복 80kr밖에 하지 않습니다. 항구에는 몇 개의 멋진 카페와 간식거리 또는 약간 더 큰 식사도 있습니다. 여름에는 차가운 물을 싫어하지 않는다면 여러 수영 장소에서 시원한 물을 즐기며 상쾌함을 느낄 수도 있습니다. 둘러볼 만한 가치가 있는 섬입니다.

You'll first spot the little beach from high up above the bay. Its turquoise water and strip of bright sand seem to be straight from a postcard. Once you reach the beach it will be hard to resist heading into the sea for a swim!

Amazing bridge with great views. There is a bike path on the bridge that is separated from the road!

Fortress from the 17th century on a site contested by Danes and Swedes for several hundred years. Today there is a cafe and hotel there.

Although the fortress is closed in winter, it is still worth visiting.
