Good (and popular) roadside bike path on the west side of lake Tuusulanjärvi.

Excellent burgers

northernmost ~1/3 (north/east of the connection to the big road in the middle) now converted to a “village road” with extra wide shoulders for bike+ped traffic and a single lane for cars in the middle

now new asphalt on the bike path throughout on the Sipoo side (basically this entire segment minus a few hundred metres on the Kerava side)

especially recommended now that the Lahdentie bike path is under reconstruction (until Oct 2024)...

lots of historical buildings (almost everybody important in the Finnish art scene ~1900 lived here somewhere, Sibelius probably the best known of the lot outside Finland but his villa (Ainola) was a bit further away from the lake) and occasional nice lakeside views, not too much traffic, almost flat, okay asphalt

Vanha Porvoontie alternative if you are heading to/from the Lahdentie direction instead of Nikkilä, very popular with cyclists (and triathletes, watch out :D ), winding and rolling with the Kuninkaanmäki hill at the southern end, asphalt okay, bike path in the northern end (generally wouldn’t bother)

pretty much all of the potholes now patched as far as I could see
