Kuopio is a lively city in eastern Finland, and it's the ninth-largest city in the country, with a population of around 120,000. It’s located in the North Savo region, beautifully surrounded by Lake Kallavesi, which gives the city a unique island-like feel.

Located in the heart of the city, the Kuopio campus is especially strong in health sciences, housing the Faculty of Health Sciences, the School of Medicine, and close connections with Kuopio University Hospital (KUH).

Route includes one ice cream kiosk, open usually daily 11-20 at summer days.

This is a small park with a good decoration and lots of garden benches if you want to sit a bit.
