now brand new asphalt on the roadway all the way from Bemböle to the Hiidenvesi bridge (35 km)

no great alternatives nearby I’m afraid, busy highway at times with plenty of lorries as well, about half of the segment (in the northeast) with a rideable shoulder, the other half without (so ride farther away from the edge unless you enjoy close passes), pretty flat, at least the asphalt is brand new

pretty good bike path running next to the highway, completely separated except for one on/off ramp crossing, almost flat (but runs at the top of the ridge so getting here will be a bit of a climb from any direction), okay asphalt

gently rolling hills, asphalt okay, not too much traffic but Bäcksintie further west or Immulantie to the east are more pleasant though

pretty nice roadside path, just one intersection with poor visibility and another suboptimal one, now new asphalt on the roadway all the way from here to Veikkola and beyond (the Bemböle end was still under construction)

typical roadside path, switches sides several times, ~2 km in southern end brand new, the rest older with the usual cracks in the asphalt, especially bad near the railway (roadway isn’t too bad either, definitely stay there if you want to go faster)
