At the north end of Santa Cruz is one of the calmest spots on the beach, right in front of the cliff. Large rocks on the sand.

Santa Cruz, with its extensive sand divided into several beaches, is famous for the purity of its waters and sand and the beauty of its picturesque rocks. Penedo do Guincho stands out, an impressive 30 meter high rock. From the top of the terraces, it is possible to admire a vast panorama, including the Cabo Carvoeiro lighthouse and the Berlengas Islands. The region is well equipped with infrastructure, including a swimming pool and even an Olympic shooting pit.
