The Guarita de Monsanto is a historic structure located in the Monsanto Forest Park in Lisbon. Although not one of the park's best-known sites, it is part of the complex of military fortifications built in the Serra de Monsanto as part of Lisbon's defensive system in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.

The Trail of the Six Quarries (Trilho das Seis Pedreiras) is one of the most unique routes in the Monsanto Forest Park in Lisbon. This circular hike takes you through ancient limestone quarries that were exploited for centuries and are now part of the park's natural and cultural landscape.

The Miradouro do Moinho das Três Cruzes, also known as Miradouro do Calhau, is a little-known natural spot located in the Parque Recreativo do Calhau, in the parish of São Domingos de Benfica, Lisbon. It is located on the northeast face of the Serra de Monsanto, giving it an elevated position surrounded by vegetation.

On the Planalto Trail in the Monsanto Forest Park in Lisbon, you can find a series of wooden sculptures that are part of a very special visual and natural experience. The sculptures are located in the cypress forest area, part of the Percurso Volta do Planalto, a circular trail of approximately 7 km.

In the Monsanto Forest Park, Lisbon's largest green space, there are several water fountains and areas with water features that may interest you, although not all are designated as monumental fountains. This recreational area includes a drinking fountain, a playground, an amphitheater, and a viewing platform.
